I did the popular sides and back short with the top longer cut. Me and my boo (well he held a mirror for me in the back) decided to get the shears and cut away. Afterwards, I colored it a honey mix with a dark cooper red to myvtips on the top. However, the cooper was a demi permanent color, did not last long :0(

I can say that it was as easy as it gets when it comes to getting up wash and go, curls pop. I do miss my length from time to time. And my almighty puff's I use to rock. I may let it grow back in a style that I envision in my head...but that is to be continued.
Currently my hair is in crochet braids, well twist. I just did a review with pics here. Fluffy Twist, something a little different but thus far I like it. I have to play around with it. Just something easy as I have to get up early for work and have a toddler....(my hair is the last thing for me to have to stress about)
As always, moisture for my hair is virtue. Nothing far as products changed EXCEPT while my hair is braided I use natural oil mixture and/or SCurl Moisturizer Activator. Yes honey I do not use braid sprays, my scalp HATES them with a passion. My hair thrives with the SCurl. Crazy right, but its true.
Plus the way I do my crochet twists, I can take them out and reuse without having to retwist. Yes my little trick that cuts down the timeframe.
On that note, I still have my longer twist done the same way with marley braid hair that I need to wash and put away. Yes the little things makes life easier. I can't stress it enough, be creative with your hair ladies.
The trick: If you love braids or twist, try the crochet method but in your free time leading up to when you about to do your hair, braid/twist in advance. I used a long rod for my window to twist the hair on and then slide it on off, and at the fold is where I looped it when crocheting. Yes its like that. I may do a tutorial on my fotki page. Ummm
Moving along, I hope I did not rant too much. Well until next time, thanks for reading! :0)
